Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Choose Your Registration Tier

Decide the category that best fits your profile or organization. Each tier offers unique access levels and benefits.

Step 2: Pay Your Registration Fee

There is only ONE payment options available for the The West African Alternative Care Summit (WAACS) 2025 

Bank Transfer (TT)

After making payment and completing your registration, send an email with your evidence of payment to [email protected] to finish your registration process.
Note that the payee is responsible for all bank charges.

Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form

Once you’ve decided on your tier and made payment, click on the Registeration Button” below or any part of the website to complete the online registration form.

Step 4: Confirmation & Reservation

After making payment and completing your registration, send an email with your evidence of payment to [email protected] to finish your registration process.

Once your form and payment are confirmed:

  1. You’ll receive a personalized confirmation email
  2. Details about accommodation (if requested), travel info, and pre-event materials

Leading up to the event:
